Chopper is a pure meritocracy, a place where the only thing that matters is the quality of ideas and work, not job titles or seniority. Any idea that has merit will be pursued regardless of whether that idea came from someone with 10 years of experience or 10 weeks. We provide training programs, mentorship, and ample opportunity to learn new skills while refining existing ones.

We have a flat corporate structure with open and accessible leadership. Our office is casual and comfortable, just like our dress-code. When the pressures of the job are running high our 3,000 square foot break room is a great place to relieve some stress.
